As a wedding officiant with over 10 years of public speaking experience, I am excited to work with couples to help them craft beautiful wedding vows to share with their person. Although I love public speaking, I know that many people do not (my wife included!) I also provide performance coaching so you can deliver your vows with confidence.

To provide the absolute best service for you, I’ve teamed up with my wife Lauren, who is a professional writer and editor. She will edit your vows, provide feedback and ensure your words are written in a way that perfectly expresses your emotions.

Hello! Jefferson here! I’m a registered wedding officiant and can’t wait to get to you know! I love spending time with my family, meeting new people and staying up way too late playing video games.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When you work with us, you’ll get a completely customized, unique experience. We can set up meetings, chat through your preferences, hopes and dreams to create an experience that makes you feel totally comfortable and confident!

    We’ll start with a video call. Both of us will be there (Jefferson will talk a lot, Lauren will probably…not—we’re the definition of the classic introvert/extrovert couple!) During this call, we’ll get to know, listen to your story and find out exactly what you want from this process.

    After that, well, it depends on the package you’ve selected and what you want from us!

  • Although some vow writers will write entirely “from scratch,” we prefer to work with at minimum bullet points written by the couples we work with. Although we are confident we can capture your unique voice, we want to make sure your vows are completely and truly authentic—the last thing we want is anyone we work with or their partner to feel like the vows they’ve been given aren’t totally, 100% true.

  • We are located just north of Guelph, Ontario and will work in-person with couples within 100 km of Guelph. However, all of these services can be provided virtually—so if you aren’t sick of Zoom just yet, we work with couples all over Canada!

  • Yes, you can! For couples who have decided to work with me, there is a special, all-inclusive package just for you. Reach out to me and we’ll talk more :)
